Spain vs. Sweden highlights: Spain’s Victory Against Sweden Propels Them to Debut World Cup Final
Spain and Sweden squared off on Tuesday (on FOX and the FOX Sports app) after battling to victories in the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup quarterfinals.
Both teams went into the game unharmed, and things were close for the majority of the game until a burst of activity in the 80th and later minutes when three goals were scored in only 10 minutes of game action.

In the closing seconds, Sweden attempted to make up for their poor defense by looking for a leveler, but La Roja remained resilient despite being under the most intensive assault they had ever experienced.
Despite the previous off-field problems that have plagued them, Spain’s players ran laps around the field after the final whistle and will have the opportunity to make history in their fourth major event under Vilda. SYDNEY – Goalkeeper Mackenzie Arnold has gained notoriety in her home country as a result of her heroics in Australia’s World Cup semifinal victory over France.
