Donald Trump and 18 other advisers were charged on Monday in Georgia as part of a wide indictment with plotting to rig the 2020 election and obstruct the investigation of the orderly transfer of power.

THE CRIMES
Kutti, Floyd, and Lee are accused of pressuring Ruby Freeman, an election worker in Georgia’s Fulton County, into making a false confession to vote fraud in January 2021. In addition to exerting coercion, they are suspected of forcing informants to give false testimony.
The History
On the day of the election, Freeman and her daughter Wandrea “Shaye” Moss were working at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena when they were falsely accused by Trump and his team of counting phony mail-in ballots in a fraudulent manner. After the 2020 election in November, this happened.
The charges of fraud were instantly refuted when county and state officials discovered that the “suitcases” were simply regular ballot containers and that the votes had been accurately counted.
TREVIAN KUTTI
According to Reuters, a publicist called Trevian Kutti unexpectedly knocked on Freeman’s home when she was in Georgia a few days prior to the violence on January 6, 2021.
Kutti claimed to have been sent by a “high-profile individual,” whom she did not name, to deliver a message to Freeman: Freeman had 48 hours to get ahead before unidentified strangers showed up at her house because she was in “unspecified danger” as a result of the election, she informed them.
In the media, Kutti had identified herself as a member of “the Young Black Leadership Council under President Donald Trump.” Furthermore, she said that the Queen of Jordan was among Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, one of her clients.
Kutti did not belong to the rapper when Freeman initially met her, according to a Ye spokesman and the queen’s publicist, who also denied any affiliation with Kutti.
HARRISON FLOYD
The executive director of a group called Black Voices for Trump, Harrison Floyd, reportedly asked Kutti to meet with Freeman on behalf of the Trump campaign, according to a later article by Reuters.
Floyd claimed that he next took part by phone in a meeting Kutti had with Freeman at a Cobb County, Georgia, police station.
Floyd told Reuters that a man he identified as a chaplain with “connections” in federal law enforcement had asked him whether he would be willing to arrange the meeting. He decided against mentioning the name or the clergyman’s affiliations.
Floyd asserted that the gathering was planned to help Freeman. The chaplain, who is white, intended Floyd to approach her to discuss an immunity agreement for Freeman because he feared she wouldn’t trust a white stranger, According to Floyd, Kutti and Floyd are Black.
STEPHEN LEE
Reuters identified Stephen Lee, a former police officer with connections to Illinois, as the individual who requested Floyd for help with Freeman in September 2022 based on police bodycam footage and other information. In December 2020, Lee personally went to Freeman’s house, but the terrified election worker pushed him away, according to Reuters.
In a brief interview at his home in Montgomery, Illinois, Lee did not dispute that he had visited Freeman, but he opted not to go into further detail or say whether someone had sent himAfter the events on September 11, 2001, in New York, Lee, a former California police officer, served as a chaplain and consoled civilians and law enforcement.
